Healthy Minds and Mental Health for the Young Foundation (HMMHYF) is committed to promote and support mental health among Adolescents and Young people between the ages of 9 - 25 years old, particularly, those from underserved communities; those abandoned and neglected, Survivors of calamity and disaster, those in Schools, Churches, Orphanages, idp camps etc. Beginning from Benue State, Nigeria and beyond.
